Pandora Machine has been around since, I dunno, 2003 or something? The LLC was begat with the movie Pandora Machine which was released by The Asylum(external link).

We make movies. Science-fiction movies. We go to a lot of trouble to make them as good as possible and to actually finish them. That, and to make them cheap. So sometimes "as good as possible" is not "as good as we'd like".

Fun fact: was originally going to be called something terrible like "Command and Control" but in the morning of the first day of shooting Drew, in the shower, came up with "Pandora Machine". The instant reaction of everyone on the set was to not like the name. But Drew stuck with it and, well, that's what happened.
