The NDA and its opposite

We expect you to talk about your job. Although there may be particular contracts where we need you to sign an NDA in order to protect and control the publicity of the show, for the most part we want you to blog, tweet, gossip, and tell stories about what we're doing.

No Social Media Background Checks

We're opposed to them. We don't care what you do with your life outside work. I mean we care, we just don't "care."

Drug Testing

Is stupid. Be able to do your job. If you can't do your job, you're fired. If you can, you aren't.
